I stayed for 3 nights in a King Room Spa Bath Non-Smoking. The location was very convenient for attending events nearby, and the staff were helpful when I needed assistance. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. there were several maintenance issues that significantly affected my stay.

Check-in was an unsettling experience, as there was no lobby and the reception felt unwelcoming. The room reeked of smoke and was far from clean, with hair in the bathroom and cigarette burns on furniture. Customer service was lacking, as complaints went unanswered, adding to a sense of neglect and discomfort during our stay.

the windemere hotel & conference center has a nice pool area that we enjoyed. the hotel is situated close to various attractions, making it convenient for exploring. we liked that our room was spacious, which added to our comfort. plus, the staff was accommodating when we requested assistance during our stay.

I enjoyed my stay, especially having easy access to Red Mountain Park, which was just a short walk away, and the Superstition Springs Center, perfect for browsing shops and grabbing a meal nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful despite the hotel's rustic charm.

The kids loved the nearby lake activities like jet skiing, and the adults enjoyed the spacious conference area for our family gathering. The outdoor spaces were lovely for relaxation, perfect for our large family get-together with a couple of friends.
